The type of personal information we collect

- Your home address and phone number (only for exam vouchers)
- The courses you follow and your performance in the lessons, quizzes, games, etc.
- Some of your activities in the website (e.g. pages visited and the amount of time spent on those pages)
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information, such as your IP address, which browser you’re using, and information about your computer’s operating system, application version, language settings and pages that have been shown to you. If you are using a mobile device, we might also collect data that identifies your mobile device, device-specific settings and characteristics and latitude/longitude details. If this data can identify you as a natural person, this data is considered personal information which is subject to this privacy statement.
Credit card details (type of card, credit card number, name on card, expiration date and security code) will never be stored by unbored.training.
You may always choose what personal information (if any) you wish to provide to us. If you choose not to provide certain details, however, some of your transactions with us may be impacted.
Why do we collect, use and share your personal information?
- We collect the different courses our users take for comparison and strategy setting.
- We use your personal information for analytical purposes, to improve our services, to enhance the user experience, and to improve the functionality and quality of our online services.
- Your personal information will never be used for our promotional material without your permission.
- We use your personal information to provide customer service.
- We may use your personal information to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.
- We may use your personal information for the detection and prevention of fraud and other illegal or unwanted activities.
How do we share your personal information with third parties?
We may share your personal information with third parties as set out below.
- Third-party service providers: We may use service providers to process your personal information strictly on our behalf. This processing would be for facilitating payments e.g. gateways such as PayPal and Braintree.
- Your corporation: if you are a corporate user and your organization has purchased multiple licenses for you and other employees, your performance may be shared with the training coordinator in your organization.
- Competent authorities: We disclose personal information to law enforcement and other governmental authorities insofar as it is required by law or is strictly necessary for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal acts and fraud.
Retention of Personal information
Every user is entitled to access to personal data referred to him or her at any time. You can request this data by contacting support@unbored.training.
This request must contain:
- the name, address and other data necessary for identifying the respective individual;
- description of the request;
- signature, date of submission of the application and mailing address.
Every user is entitled to request, at any time, from unbored:
- a confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him/her are being processed, information as to the purposes of such processing, the categories of data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed;
- a notification to him/her, in an intelligible form, containing his or her personal data which are being processed, and any available information about their source;
This request must be submitted in a written application and must contain:

- description of the request;
- preferred form of provision of the information referred to above
- signature, date of submission of the application and mailing address.
Every user is entitled to require, at any time, from unbored:
- to erase, rectify or block his or her personal data whose processing does not comply with the provisions of this Law;
- to notify any third parties to whom his or her personal data have been disclosed of any erasure, rectification, or blocking carried out in compliance with para. (1), unless this is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
